Members and guest of members met at Long Island Spirits where they participated in a private tour and learned about the process that is used to distill different kinds of liquor. Included in this tour was a tasting, lunch and opportunity for discounted purchases. The weather was perfect and everyone left Long Island Spirits for a new appreciation for what goes into producing fine tasking liquors.
